Returns

After you fill out your style profile, we'll recommend twenty to forty items of clothes to rent. If you aren't 100% happy with the items, swap out with ones that are more your style. We'll ship the final four, which you can return anytime in a prepaid shipping bag. We'll send you a new case as soon as we get notification that you have put your current case in the mail. Feel free to cancel any time.

Purchases

To purchase an item, just go to your account page at app.armoire.style and click the "Buy Now" button below the one(s) you want. Please note: All purchases are final and discounts, if any, are subject to change in amount and availability.

Damaged items

Regular wear and tear is included in your monthly subscription. Irreplaceable damage, lost items, and theft aren't included. In those cases, you'll be charged 80% of the retail price.

payments

After you select the items in your first virtual closet, you can go into your 'Account' page and select subscribe to add your payment information. Once your billing information is submitted, we can ship your first case. Service will auto-renew unless you cancel before your next box ships. You can cancel your month to month subscription at any time.

Cancellations

There are no hidden contracts or tricks. If you need to stop your membership at any time, sign into your account and elect to cancel your membership so you will not be charged for the next month. As long as we receive your rented items back during your rental period, you will not be charged. Please note, while pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable, we do allow members to pause and return later to their remaining pre-paid months.
